Shipping policy
Last updated: October 01, 2025
At ShippingSupplier.com, we specialize in supplying high-quality packing materials to businesses nationwide. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders, including applicable timeframes and responsibilities.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders received after 2:00 PM Eastern Time may be processed on the following business day.
Processing times vary depending on order volume and product availability, but most pallet orders ship within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
2. Shipping Methods
We primarily ship by freight carrier (LTL or FTL), depending on order size, destination, and weight. Smaller bulk orders may be shipped via ground service.
All shipments are FOB Origin, meaning title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer once the goods leave our warehouse. Buyers are responsible for all freight costs, unless otherwise stated in a written sales agreement.
3. Freight Rates and Charges
Shipping rates are calculated based on pallet weight, destination, and delivery requirements. Any additional services such as liftgate delivery, inside delivery, or residential delivery will incur extra charges.
You will receive a freight quote during checkout or by request prior to order confirmation.
4. Delivery Appointments and Access
Commercial pallet deliveries require a dock or forklift for unloading. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery location is accessible for large freight vehicles.
If an appointment or call-ahead delivery is required, please notify us during checkout or at the time of order. Missed delivery appointments or redelivery requests may result in additional carrier fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing the Bill of Lading (BOL) number and carrier details. This information can be used to track your shipment directly with the freight carrier.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
All shipments should be inspected immediately upon arrival.
- If there is visible damage, note it on the BOL before signing for delivery.
- Take clear photos of the damaged goods and the pallet label.
- Contact our support team at info@shippingsupplier.com within 48 hours to initiate a claim.
Failure to document damage at delivery may result in the claim being denied by the carrier.
7. Incorrect or Missing Items
If your shipment includes incorrect or missing items, notify us within 7 business days of receipt. We will promptly investigate and arrange for replacement or correction.
8. Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, ShippingSupplier.com is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, strikes, or other events beyond our control. Estimated delivery dates are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed.
9. Cancellations and Refusals
Orders may be canceled only prior to shipment. Once the pallet has left our facility, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
If a shipment is refused without prior authorization, the customer will be responsible for all return freight costs and a 15% restocking fee, deducted from any applicable refund or credit.
10. International Shipping
At this time, ShippingSupplier.com only ships within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
